In researching, he interviews many talent evaluators (scouts, GMs, et al.).

3/ Unanimously, the evaluators ranked Chase as the top wide receiver in this year& #39;s class.
Not since 2007 -- with Calvin Johnson -- have the evaluators all singled out just one receiver as the clear top option in a cohort.

4/ Barring anything unforeseen, Chase will be the No. 1 wide receiver selected on Thursday night.
He has a very strong chance to go to CIN at No. 5. I& #39;d be shocked if he fell past MIA at No. 6. I haven& #39;t seen him fall past DET at No. 7 in any mock.

5/ So my position is clear: I think it& #39;s highly likely that Chase is the No. 1 wide receiver, that he goes to CIN at No. 5, and that he& #39;s a lock for the top 10.
