3. the only man she’s shown interest in is tenzin and i had comphet for tenzin for a solid month so it adds up
4. she’s a character that tends to suppress her emotions and true feelings in an effort to keep herself together, or also you could argue for the sake of her career/status
she barely ever shows emotion in the series. she ignores her issues with her family because it wouldn’t be outwardly beneficial for her to address them. even when she sees her mom for the first time in 30 years, we can see a momentary display of happiness, which she quickly masks
