Please get in touch with us as follows...
Contact your GP practice if you are yet to be offered an appointment for your first dose of the vaccine, and:

👉 You are 75 or over
👉 You are 75 or over and clinically extremely vulnerable / shielding
Contact the booking centre on 029 2184 1234 if you are yet to be offered an appointment for your first dose of the vaccine, and:

👉 you are 70 - 74
👉 you are 74 or under and clinically extremely vulnerable / shielding
👉 you are 70 or over and housebound
Email cvuhb.massimms@wales.nhs.uk if you are frontline health or social care staff and yet to be offered an appointment for your first dose of the vaccine.
