DOUBLE GW24 TARGETSA little thread looking at each of the teams that double in GW24. Which of their assets we should be targetting?
Remember, this doesn't mean to suggest you have to target players with DGW's over those with single GW's!

Firstly it's worth noting that 3 out of the 4 teams with a DGW24 will also play in the FA Cup 5th Round this midweek. Don't move too early should you be targetting their players.. Tuesday:

I'm sure most will already have 3 MCI players in their squad by now anyway. TOT & EVE are tricky fixtures but games I expect City to win given their recent form.
MCI Targets
Gundogan, 9 goals in the last 11 games. He's in excellent form, on pens. Looks fantastic 
Foden, goal & 2 assists vs LIV but a rotation riskSterling, 4 goals in last 5 startsDias, Stones, Cancelo, Ederson. 11 clean sheets in the last 14 games for MCI

Two home games in GW24 for EVE. FUL wont be easy but certainly not as tough as MCI. If they're on form then I expect them to get 3 points vs FUL, dont expect anything vs MCI tho!
EVE Targets DCL, as he showed against MUN in GW23 he can get returns in any game. Has a real knack of being in the right place at the right time. 13 goals, 5 assists this season Digne, 7 assists for the season so far and arguably EVE's main source of creativity

BUR have scored the least goals in the whole of the league (14) but kept 7 clean sheets (11th highest). So defensive assets are probably worth targetting over their attack?
BUR Targets Pope has 5x double figure hauls this season. These 2 games plus the WBA game in 25, ai fancy decent returns for PopeLowton (£4.4) & Pieters (£4.3) are great options at their price point. Pieters more likely to get attacking returns. Double BUR defence?

I'd imagine the 3.6% that own Mitro are in fact dead teams, that would make Areola the most owned with 3.3%, TSB. GW24 and GW25 fixtures appeal, but their players don't!
FUL Targets Areola. 5x clean sheets, he's has most points, at £4.5 could he be worth a punt? Lookman, been impressive at times. Just £5.0 with 3 goals & 3 assists this season. Highest xA at FUL (5.02)Decordova-Reid, cheap as chips (£5.3) with 5 goals to his name
Any Other Business 
EVE have kept just 4 CS this season. Their attacking assets appeal more than their defensive onesFUL only scored 17 goals (18th) so far this season. Maybe it's Areola or nothing? BUR & MCI will have 1 extra day rest over FUL & EVE

Charlie Taylor was "touch and go" for Brighton in GW23 so I expect him to start vs BOU in the FA Cup tomorrow. Should this be the case and he gets through the game with no problems, he will be my transfer in and not Pieters
