Counterintuitive learning: Don't be nice.

Be in relationship, job or anything. Don't be nice.

Be honest, be principled, be upright, be helpful, be strong, be respectful, but Don't be nice.
When you are nice or try to be nice, you ignore what is right. You give in to emotions and ignore the facts.

Nice guys are reactive. Their response is dependent on other person's state or circumstances. Thus Nice guys get manipulated.
Nice boys finish last because in attempt to be nice they ignore their needs. The priority is not own self. The priority is not other person either.
Being nice is not a virtue, it is a weakness. Being nice comes with a condition. School & parents teach us to be nice. Be nice & your parents will reward you. They will love you.
The priority is getting approval.
