Clearly there was a breach in the confidentiality of this investigation being performed by FBI Special Agent Kate Funk that resulted in the unlawful profiting during a government investigation...Now heres the other players involved in this case so you decide if its fraud...
The defendant, William J Sears was previously indicted in the Southern District of New York for an investigation of securities fraud that began in 2003. The same time former FBI Director Brian James Comey, as the head prosecuting attorney in SDNY, of course is just a coincidence
So is the fact that Comey's attorney, former US Attorney for the district of Illinois Patrick Fitzgerald was the supervisor of T Markus Funk for 10 years, is also a coincidence...
So the fact that William J Sears and T Markus Funk are the same person certainly is a coincidence as well...Here are photos for you to decide yourself
and as William J Sears is a synthetic identity created by John Pavelski with who was formerly with Brookfield Securities and is also with the Carlyle Group is also just a coincidence
