Participants randomly receive either a vaccine or a placebo (dummy) shot. Did he receive the vaccine or placebo? It's a double blinded test - we wouldn't know.

26k+ persons are part of Phase 3 trials of Covaxin. Some participants will contract Covid19 and subsequent efficacy will be derived after expert analysis. A participant testing +ve during the trial is an expected event and not to be sensationalized.
