Have been asked a few times what adjustments I& #39;ve made personally to the COVID life, as a doctor, and also with vulnerable family members. So here it is:

1. The general principle isn& #39;t "either/or" - the name of the game is risk mitigation.
The only way you could every eliminate risk of infection is to stay at home 100% of the day, and eat a stockpile of bunker foods. Obviously this isn& #39;t a good idea. So it& #39;s a spectrum. /2

Also it& #39;s a total pain in the
"Click & collect" is amazing - get a slot, 5 mins at shop, and no need to go inside.

5. Wash your hands. It seems silly at this point to keep mentioning this, but we wash our hands a lot more than pre-pandemic.
Hand sanitiser at the park, soap wash at home. This is just general good advice.
