Just a warning in the run up to Christmas. My  @jlandpartners order of expensive aftershave was stolen sometime before  @Hermesparcels delivered the empty envelope this morning!                         It will be a week tomorrow since I first contacted you about my stolen order and I am still without this item. I am NOT a happy customer and would like to see an immediate solution to this issue please.
