Our Union needs a fresh start. Now more than ever we need a leader who can bring us together for a #unitediaff. During the first 30 days of my presidency, we would implement changes to do just that. #freshstart

My First 30 days:
- Executive Board and I will review all contracts
and end contracts with no value for our members
- Meet with all departments to streamline
services and programs
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of
IAFF staff pension plans

- We will review our endorsement process
to ensure our members have more input
- Trim the fat at the top of the organization
to allow us to put more DFSRs in place
- Invest more power in Executive Board
by requiring their approval on AGP and
top-level staff hires.

For our Canadian brothers and sisters,
we need to build behavioral health programs
and centers to address our members& #39; unique
needs within their healthcare system and make
sure all our literature, programs, and services
are offered in Québécois.
