@amazonIN @AmazonHelp As per your instructions, i formatted my phone. Now I don& #39;t have access to any of my old apps/phone/contacts. Customer care is rude in resolving the issue.

@AmazonHelp Please tell me how can i manage without my data on the phone, or should I spend the whole day in setting up my phone and then do it again tomorrow and day after tomorrow because of faults and mistakes in your process flow
