In my review (and similar to the other reviews on Sumac& #39;s profile), I chose to highlight my favourite dish the restaurant offers - the chicken shawarma plate and the chopped salad. I also complimented the unique dine-in experience Sumac offers where you pay BEFORE you eat.

I normally only write reviews when I have an extremely positive or negative experience, so I always read reviews with a grain of salt since I am aware how subjective they are. However, I think reviews can be helpful as long as both the positive and negative perspectives are read.
