I kind of want to start a thread where detransitioners share things related to trans idealogy that they once believed, but now do not. And, not to be condescending, but to show that changing a mind is healthy and you can survive it.

I& #39;ll start with an easy one: I legitimately thought transwomen started the Stonewall riots. Now, with thanks to @FredSargeant, I& #39;ve learned a lot more of that history from accounts of people who were actually there.

Yes! Please keep it going. I know some of us thought truly humiliating things, but I think it& #39;s important to show how we& #39;ve grown and what we& #39;ve learned since then.
