i’ve started playing Hades by @SupergiantGames and holy cannoli i love it
i might do more of a review later once i finish, but AFAICT they’ve basically perfected the supergiant style/formula: rapid, addictive combat, plus interesting tactical and strategic decisions, gorgeous art and music, and a riveting narrative
also i’m definitely noticing some parallels to evangelion
gotta say the story is moving kinda slow compared to past supergiant games
