NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh confirms that if the bill presented in the House Monday reflects the agreement reached today on sick leave, the NDP will support the throne speech.
Jagmeet Singh says he& #39;s limited in terms of what he can disclose before the bill is made public, but he says it involves a change to the legislation& #39;s wording so that millions, rather than thousands, of Canadians can access paid sick leave.
