1. start with simple things. a wall with a window? that& #39;s already a background! you can add more details an complexity the more you draw.

2. "background" is so vague because it& #39;s literally everything that is not people so try to narrow it down to one area at a time : streets, bedrooms, mountains....you can& #39;t learn everything at the same time!
3. perspective looks scary but it& #39;s quite fun once you& #39;ve figured it out!

so try to learn 1 point perspective first, then 2 point, etc. you don& #39;t have to be a master right away
4. ask for help from people who know how to draw bgs!

5. it& #39;s going to be a wild (but very rewarding) ride, so try to have fun!
