i think ash (appropriate name, eh?) is trying to say the project might achieve 800 kgCO₂e/MWh.

it certainly wouldn’t come close to 700.

whatever, it’s no “cleaner” than coal plants built in queensland 15 years ago and there& #39;s no such thing as low-emissions coal.
