I think there is a big difference between not coddling your favs and adding fuel to the fire.

People have been wearing out the whole "im so woke I& #39;m big on holding my idol accountable" trope to the point that antis are left jobless.

Like at the very least your own Fandom shouldn& #39;t be the first one ready to jump on you when they hear something bad. Especially in situations where they have no expertise in the matter.

Let& #39;s say for instance idols are more than just a product that you consume and have on you ming 24/7! Say u actually care about them the way you write in your posts all year-long. Like how do you react if you hear a good friend of yours did something wrong? How do you handle it?

Do u lead the witch hunt? Do u jump to conclusions n don& #39;t give them a chance to explain? Or do u fact-check? If it& #39;s true do u have their back while letting them know they messed up? Of course idols ain& #39;t ur friends but if a group was a person then their Fandom would be what?

Sugar mama or daddy works lol but in this case I& #39;ll go with friend/ally. Friends will be the first to let you know you messed up but they& #39;ll also give you the benefit of the doubt and won& #39;t join in with your haters.
