I really need y’all to understand that housing is made up of more than just RAs. I understand that they make up the majority and they’re the first group that you think of when housing employees comes to mind but you also have other subsets that are facing the same & more exposure

As a housing ambassador even during the pandemic we are still required to give tours to prospective students and have them tour the rooms that we sleep in at night. We are the ones that get called and yelled at when we are the same students workers that you scream deserve justice

Im not making this thread to say that the RAs deserve less than what they’re asking or that we deserve more but as a plea for y’all to have the same energy for everyone. I know that it is the lack of knowledge that makes us blind to to the eye but I’m here & willing to educate.
