                        My content stopped getting promoted. My replies where buried and hidden. Features like polls and retweeting started to be disabled. I even created a temporary dummy account to confirm.                         I reached out to support. No help. No response. Nothing. Why would they? What would be their bottom-line incentive to? It’d be a loss. I’m a business woman, I get that.                         I decide to check my LinkedIn network to see if I know anyone who works there since I’m in tech. I find one former colleague who works in User Research: perfect! I reach out to her. We were having a mostly pleasant convo.
