1/ The problem is, not only the wave of flood are getting closer to each other, but #3GD made a gamble by discharging water too slow (try to save Wuhan) that, Flood#2 has already pushed water level high fast, with #3 coming (& #4 likely not far behind),

2/ and with #3GD safe water storage level being at 175m, that means, #3 & #4 can EASILY overflow #3GD with rain keep coming & with their current slow discharge speed.

I speculate, sometime in the following 1-2 weeks, #3GD will have no choice but to do ...
3/ ... water discharge at full speed (i.e. all floodgates open, at 100k+ speed) in order to create room for #3 or #4 flood wave. If so, then "Wuhan completely get flooded" will be baked in; yet, if CCP does so, I think Wuhan may get city-wide evacuation alert ahead of time.
4/ So, watch for that kind of news. And if this happens, yes, supply chain disruption (especially pharma) WILL happen. So, watch out.
