Next up in the thread we got Alex ( @almightyawill ) crushing his previous deadlift max by 100lbs at 505lbs / 229kg
Two days prior he attempted 475 which never left the ground but our deadlift seminar improved his form & got that weight moving https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="💪🏾" title="Angespannter Bizeps (durchschnittlich dunkler Hautton)" aria-label="Emoji: Angespannter Bizeps (durchschnittlich dunkler Hautton)">

Earlier in the week we had Alex ( @almightyawill ) working a 4x5 on bench press at 275lbs / 125kg

                        In his favorite lift ( @almightyawill ) had a grueling 4x3 at 425lbs / 193kg on the squat
Getting used to the low bar position, he& #39;s slowly working to his goal of a 600lb max
