Some personal news: After a great five year run, I have decided to wind down @surepathcap

2/ This is not a COVID failure. We had millions in the bank and could have waited out the current deal environment.

3/ The truth is, I was a reluctant “banker”. While there is much I love about what I was doing, for some time now, I have realized that the thing I love to do the most is coach founders & CEOs.

When COVID hit, capital markets hit pause. Our deal flow dried up. As difficult as the decision was, I knew that I if I ever wanted to pivot myself to do only what I love to do, now was the time.
