When you shop for clothes do you put a thought process into that or you buy because you can and something looks nice?

I used to buy impulsively especially if an item is on sale but now I think about it..

Can I wear it to work or church?
A quick trip to the mall?
A day of chilling at home?
Will it go with my other clothing items?

If I answer yes to any of these then I buy...

It has helped because now my wardrobe makes sense... At first when I bought impulsively, I would have a lot of items that I couldn& #39;t wear much..

And again because I was a student a lot of my shopping focused on affordability and comfort.... So when occassions popped up,I would realise that my wardrobe lack in certain areas..
