A tale of 2 N’Zoth LFR runs (yesterday, my actual):
Run 1: lead encouraging questions, positive, no criticisms, gentle explanations and using results to tweak approach UNDER 5 STACKS
Run 2: heaps of criticism, “go watch a video, fkn noobs”, tank loss, member loss 10 STACKS +

My small n=2 sample leads me to hypothesize that evolved communication strategies can result in better performance overall!
I’m also happy, I think I know the fight well enough and have powerful enough heals, that I can go in and be a meaningful contributor to runs now :)
