... and yesterday the highest number of deaths of the past four days was reported, with nearly 7,000...

We will reach the 200,000 deaths related to covid-19 milestone within a week...

Almost 34,000 recoveries were reported...

In Asia, all eyes are now on Singapore where the total number of confirmed cases should cross the 10,000 mark today as growth is trending...

In Indonesia, the number of daily cases reported yesterday, jumped back up...

Japan’s daily cases figures are showing an uptick...

... bringing up the total confirmed cases to nearly 12,000...

In Europe, daily net cases are near zero...

... which means that the active cases curve is about to roll over...

The European big five reported the least cases since March 20th with 12,413 cases...

... but saw an uptick in daily deaths...

... with the number of daily deaths in the UK jumping to 828...

Meanwhile, Sweden reported the most deaths since the beginning of the outbreak...

Based on Johns Hopkins’ data, the US reported the most cases in a single day at 37,671...

... while New York reported 5,293 new cases...

Growth is now coming from outside of New York and New Jersey; daily cases (excluding NY and NJ) leapt from 19,685 the previous day to 28,797 yesterday...

... with California reporting more than 2,000 new cases for the second consecutive day...

While others are only at the beginning of their outbreak... Saudi Arabia for example...
