Can someone “white-passing” be considered a “person of color?”

I was listening to an interview where a Trans Latinx man stated they are white passing and use to take advantage of that ability, but proceeded to say they are a POC a few minutes after.

I had to do a double take cos it totally tripped me out how out of place this contradiction was. Would love some different ideas on this #POC #personofcolor #Latinx #Black #Trans #Queer #LGBTQ
