A man told us today that he believed "this "pandemic" is just a cold being blown out of proportion" and keep crowding us. Then he complained because his paperwork just said "bath" and it& #39;s supposed to be "and the nails, ears, and glands. Did you just decide not to do it?"

And THEN when we told him it& #39;s a package so it& #39;s not itemized.... He complains.... That his service was $27.99 and he was quoted $26.99. when we said we& #39;d give him the $1 off he said "YOU SAID $26 YESTERDAY!!! It& #39;s not MY FAULT. you& #39;re going to give me my $2."

Then he went on a tirade how we& #39;re pulling the wool over his eyes telling him one thing and then "charging me that extra $2 and then the next guy and the next guy and pretty soon you& #39;re at $200! It just isn& #39;t right!!!"
