Also would like to point out that when we first told them rent would be late they offered a plan for paying the first half on the 15th, and yet we recieve a 7 day eviction notice on the 9th? Hm.

Hey, stop fucking saying I’m doxing this landlord. First, ITS A RENTAL COMPANY AND IF YOU CALL THAT NUMBER IT LEADS TO A FUCKING ROBOT DIRECTORY YOU DIPSHITS, second, even if it was someone’s number, it’s the number they have listed on their own site, Zillow, linked in, and more!
