Writing resources thread.
Writing is something I& #39;ve been actively working on and practicing every day. To help me ideate, clarify, and express my own thoughts.
I& #39;ll share a few things that have helped me improve. Curious if you have anything that& #39;s helped you with writing?

Reading & rewriting other people& #39;s thoughts has been helpful for me to find a rhythm for words. During the @alt_MBA , I rewrote most of the lessons from @ThisIsSethsBlog
He& #39;s a great writer. Short. Nothing wasted. Strong POV. https://seths.blog/2020/01/what-is-this-sentence-supposed-to-do/">https://seths.blog/2020/01/w...

Don& #39;t write CRAPP. A simple reference to keep your words in check.
There& #39;s a great free guide from @lbelgray for writing non-sucky copy. Here& #39;s a snippet.

                        Practice explaining your ideas often.
People ask me questions all the time. About my process, or advice. When I respond, this is what happens:
1st time someone asks: word vomit comes out
2nd time: A paragraph
3rd time: A sentence
Observed this by working with @theChrisDo

Writing apps. Apps that have helped me write better:
@hemmingwayapp – Helps you writing be short, bold, and clear.
@Grammarly – The nagging grammar bot in your browser.
@Twitter - Great to practice here because of the limited character count. Make them count.

                        Write. Re-rewrite. Then Re-write again.
Put in your reps.
I write scripts for @thefuturishere video content.
I& #39;ll free-write an idea from an outline.
Days later, I& #39;ll rewrite again.
Repeat till confident.
It helps me explore and clarify ideas, from different angles.

What& #39;s the story, inside the story?
I learned this idea from Luc Wiesman at @nobs_events
While everyone is talking about the subject, what& #39;s the POV of a human experience related to that subject?
That story is far more interesting and relatable.
