My clients abuser has got a #familycourt order stating victim has to allow him to have contact with their daughter in victims house due to conoravirus! How is this appropriate @HMCTSgovuk?!
Also, court order states victim is not allowed to leave the house! #domesticabuse #HumanRights
Until this order the victims address was secret from the abuser. She only found out he was coming 30 minutes before he arrived.
UPDATE: thank you for all your supportive comments, my client appreciates it. We have now reached out to some solicitors for legal advice to see if has any options.
