Came to an agreement with my mam that instead of paying board I can just cook for her coming home from work (the RVI) so here is a thread because there’s gonna be a lot
She is a fan of hearty grub so that’s what I’m making. She either asks me to make specific things or she’ll leave a specific meat out and that’s her request I suppose
None of it is particularly pretty but I promise you. It tastes good. Have also made her a full on Sunday dinner but forgot to take photos :( am also making everything from scratch
Today is: hunters chicken. Took out my anger on this poor chicken and malletted the fuck out of it
First time cooking duck didn’t go spectacularly but not badly! Made this for the mom with chicken because she hates duck
Duck with homemade hoisin gravy (I even added saffron!!!) and honey glazed carrots
Guys I totally forgot about this thread but: salad with chicken and I made up some croutons and garlic dressing
