Obsessive- Compulsive Disorder is characterized by having unreasonable thoughts & fears which lead people to compulsions.
It is an anxiety disorder.

OCD can manifest as people having to arrange things a certain way, repetitive actions, ritualistic behavior, hypervigilance, food aversion, intrusive thoughts, hoarding, etc.
The fears are often centered on a theme. And symptoms can begin gradually & vary through life.

So, to display that I created 4 white chocolate boxes.
Clean, neat. Repetitive.
But what appears to be organization & a repetitive visual, has a lot going on inside.
The need for compulsive behaviors is just a way of trying control the inner anxiety.
