04/02/2015 Wood Dale PD responded to the scene of a car accident i caused.
I am the sole Driver-at-fault for damages and suspected DUI.
I recieved the charges without Resistance.
18th Judicial Prosecuted me with felony charges.

18th judicial DuPage county allowed 2 judges to enhance charges from Wood Dale PD. Prosecution provided false police reports , field EMS reports, and Misdiagnosis from Health Department.
Government misidentifying , labeling, and misconduct from state offices to civilian agency.

I do not wish to appeal to circuit 18th. I am ineligable to appeal state federal.
My motion to discovery is a one step filing process and petition is available at state.
I plead to misdimeanor DUI.

@18thJudicial The 18th judicial cleared reports for Wood Dale PD filed on the 7-9th of April. Included evidence of bruises on one of two police officers. Mine evidence was purposefully dated april 2nd

Im asking @nbcchicago NBCinvestigates to Second, and withold party witnesses in observation. To furlough response by @Justice_Corps and @AmeriCorps in petion would mean any confirmation and statement made by public to address Civil seat & officiate can be counted in State favor
@18thJudicial @illinoiscourts @JBPritzker This foreword in Motion to Discovery will serve the purpose of correcting Wood Dale PD. Acknowledging That i have past conviction , and requesting an overturn decision are in dual purpose clause to my motion and petition.
