7 years ago this month, we launched @PaperHut.
Great team + great idea + great market != successful company. Here& #39;s why:

1. Riding the wave means that you have to grow with the same speed as that of the wave.

2. & #39;Disagree but commit& #39; doesn& #39;t always work between founders. Alignment towards the direction in which the company has to grow is very important.

3. If a hypothesis that you tested fails, move on quickly. Closure is important.

4. Managing too many verticals at an early stage is hard. Time is distributed and focus & growth on the verticals reduce.

5. It& #39;s tough to not get lost in the scheme of things when you are running a company while you are in college. I think I was naive and didn& #39;t realize the potential of the company I was building back then. Keep your head focussed on that one problem and stay at it!

@PaperHut is special and I hope we get to solve one more problem again! What say guys @krishna06, @deiowner and @raga_ramesh ?
